• If you are purchasing the property with another, try to view the property at the same time. This will reduce the risk of other prospective purchasers viewing the property between your viewings and your making a decision to proceed.
• Note that Blueprint offers flexible viewing times, so that you can make good use of your lunch hours or you can arrange a viewing on the way to and/or from work. Click here to view our opening times although appointments can be made outside of these hours.
• Do not be afraid to make numerous visits particularly at different times of the day and week as well as considering viewing with tradesmen or a friend to get a second opinion before making a decision.
